Job description
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides direct, evidence-based care to patients with urgent and emergent needs using the nursing process. Working 12-hour night shifts in a community hospital setting, this role performs rapid assessments, triage, medication administration, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring; coordinates with physicians and the care team; educates patients and families; and maintains safety, privacy, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
