Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse Med Surg Clinical Coordinator to support a high-acuity medical-surgical unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, guide clinical workflow, and serve as a resource and mentor for bedside nurses. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, oversee quality and safety initiatives, and assist with staffing, patient flow, and education.
