Job description
Bailey Medical Center in Owasso, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg and Critical Care Float Pool. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, managing diverse, acute patient populations. You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, manage IVs, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition. Working in a collaborative, family-like environment, you’ll partner with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, support patients and families through education, and contribute to continuous improvement and professional growth.
