As a Magnet-designated health care organization, ChristianaCare is committed to excellence in nursing and patient care. We’re currently hiring hospital-based nurses for our Float Pool in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware.
Position Details:
Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
Part-time hours are available
12-hour shifts available on ***Overnights 7p-7:30am***
Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Requirement:
BSN required or a dedication to acquire one within three years of hire
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting
BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37
