Unit Description: Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to grow your skills in a supportive, community-centered hospital? Our busy Medical/Surgical Unit at Porter Medical Center is welcoming night shift RNs who are passionate about exceptional patient care and eager to expand their clinical experience.

🩺 Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Current RN or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
* BLS required; ACLS required for specific departments
* At least 1 year of hospital RN experience
About the Position
This is a night shift Registered Nurse role on our vibrant Med/Surg Unit , perfect for nurses who thrive in a dynamic hospital setting and want to broaden their expertise while making a meaningful impact in our community.
On-call: Not required.
Incentives: Generous Incentives
* $10,000 sign on bonus for full time external applicants, prorated for part time roles. Additional terms and conditions apply.
* $5/hour Night Shift Differential
* $2/hour Weekend Differential
* $6,000 Relocation Bonus for relocating RNs
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
* Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
