About This Role
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join their patient-focused care team. This role is ideal for Med-Surg RNs who thrive in a stepdown environment, managing higher-acuity patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Johnson City, NY
Facility: UHS Wilson Medical Center
Department/Unit: Main Tower 4 Med-Surg
Schedule: Part-time, Rotating
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for experienced candidates
What You’ll Do
Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to adult medical-surgical patients.
Manage higher-acuity patients in a stepdown environment.
Collaborate with team members to foster patient relationships.
Deliver compassionate care guided by UHS values of Trust, Compassion, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation.
Requirements
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Current NYS RN License required
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty preferred
Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned preferred
