Virtus Healthcare Staffing is supporting the recruitment efforts for an open Med-Surg Nurse Manager (RN) position at a leading hospital in Wilson, NC . This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to lead Medical-Surgical units with a focus on patient-centered care and team development.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Licensure & Certification :
Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Current AHA BLS certification (required)
ACLS certification within 60 days of hire
Specialty nursing certification preferred
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant clinical experience in Medical-Surgical care (consideration given for other applicable clinical areas)
Skills :
Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to thrive in a high-stress environment with minimal supervision
