Job description
Full-Time NIGHTS Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Oncology Department will have the following job responsibilities:
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
Act as an advocate for patient safety.
Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Job Qualifications-
Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Oncology
RN - MED/SURG ONC
Full-Time NIGHTS
Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Oncology Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
1 year of RN experience required (Does not need to be in acute care) * Would Accept LTAC (Long Term Acute Care), SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) etc.
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(RN) Registered Nurse
Associate Degree
ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Admin must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
