Job description
A hospital in the Panama City Beach, FL area is looking for Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to join its team! Both day and night shifts are available.
Position Highlights Permanent, full-time position
Day Shift: 7 AM 7 PM
Night Shift: 7 PM 7 AM
Rotating weekends required
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1
238-bed acute care hospital

What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required (does not have to be Med-Surg)
Acute care experience must be within the last 3 years, or within the last 5 years for candidates with several years of RN experience
Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
BLS certification required within 30 days of starting
Strong patient assessment, communication, and clinical skills
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Maintain accurate patient documentation
