Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN acute-care opportunities throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area . Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last 5 years and be comfortable managing multiple patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to acute-care Med/Surg patientsPerform patient assessments and monitor changes in conditionAdminister medications and treatments as orderedDevelop and implement individualized patient care plansCoordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionalsAccurately document patient care and clinical informationEducate patients and families regarding care and discharge instructionsFollow facility safety, infection-control, and patient-care standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Nevada RN license
Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last 5 years – REQUIRED
Current BLS certification ACLS as required by the facilityStrong assessment, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple patients effectivelyAbility to work PRN shifts based on facility needs
