Job description
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / Telemetry
Location: Concord, NH
Rate: Up to $2,100 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: 7p–7a, 12-hour nights; every other weekend
Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered New Hampshire or Compact RN license
2+ years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
High-acuity Med/Surg experience required
Respiratory care experience preferred
Certifications:
BLS required
NIHSS required prior to start
ACLS preferred
Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred passing score of 80%
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity Med/Surg/Telemetry patients
Monitor and assess patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Care for patients with conditions including pneumonia, COPD, GI bleeding, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, and wounds
Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide appropriate telemetry monitoring
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
