Location: Panama City, FL
Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart
Department: Ascension Premier Staffing - Med Surg
Schedule: Multiple shifts available | 36 to 48 hours per week
Gross Rate up to $3,204 per week

How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s): Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certified Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
