Job description
Role:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by others. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities:
Performs nursing duties, assesses patient needs, and collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver quality care. Ensures compliance with care standards and maintains documentation accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associates, Diploma, or BSN). Must hold a current RN license in the state or meet licensure requirements, with BLS and ACLS certifications (obtained within 90 days if not already certified).
