Are you an experienced nurse who enjoys variety, independence, and the opportunity to learn something new every shift?
Mercy Rogers is seeking adaptable, highly skilled nurses to join our Medical Float Pool team. Our float nurses play a critical role in supporting patient care across multiple inpatient specialties including Medical-Surgical, Medical-Telemetry, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro.

Qualifications:
Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or compact state
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
Preferred: 1 year med/surg experience
