Job description
Role Overview:
Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff in a clinical unit, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to clinical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assigns, directs, educates, and evaluates staff; assesses patient care needs; develops care plans; collaborates with advanced practice providers; monitors patient outcomes; addresses care concerns; participates in hiring and training.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; at least one year of RN experience; current RN license and BLS certification in the relevant state; physical ability for standing, walking, lifting, and other physical tasks; alertness to safety.
Key Duties:
Managing staff shifts, ensuring quality care, evaluating patient care effectiveness, responding to complaints, and performing other assigned duties.
