Job description
Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; assist in care planning and prioritize patient flow.
Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies; maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational change.
Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing growth and leadership development.
Mentor peers, foster a positive work environment, and promote professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
Demonstrate professional competence, communication, and teamwork skills.
