Role:
Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care activities; maintain accurate documentation; advocate for patients and families; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support professional growth and mentorship; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree; current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication, assessment, and care coordination skills; commitment to professional development and adherence to policies.
