Job description
Join a dynamic Med Surg RN team supporting multiple campuses in a high-impact healthcare environment.
As a key player, you will deliver personalized, evidence-based care by owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation,
build meaningful connections with patients and families, and use your clinical expertise to achieve excellent outcomes.
Collaborate effectively within a respectful, team-oriented environment, contribute to performance improvement projects, and participate in shared governance initiatives.
Engage in ongoing professional development through education, mentoring, and leadership, while applying evidence-based practices and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
You will be responsible for proactive resource management, care planning, and shaping protocols to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.
Qualifications include:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
RN license (required)
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
2+ years recent Med Surg experience (required)
Proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
