Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates must have a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. A minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and familiarity with computer data entry are required, with preferred knowledge of Epic and 3M systems. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Critical thinking, time management, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are vital for success.
