Job description
Join a dedicated nursing team as a Registered Nurse in a Med/Surg unit, providing comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process. Responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring care aligns with organizational standards. The role involves caring for diverse patients such as those with GI, Oncology, Post-Op, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, and complex wounds, with a RN-to-patient ratio of 1:6, supported by Patient Care Associates.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited RN program, active RN license (state-specific or compact), and required certifications including ACLS and BLS. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending or kneeling.
