Job description
Responsibilities
Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, overseeing and guiding supervised staff to ensure quality care. Demonstrates commitment to service standards at all times.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; Specialty course completion or equivalent; BSN preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications (adult patients).
Other: Ability to provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills.
