Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert, compassionate care on a Medical Surgical Unit.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and building broad clinical experience. You will establish personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, and utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to support patients’ health journeys or end-of-life needs.
Qualifications include:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least one year of acute nursing experience.
Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Key duties: leading care coordination, collaborating with healthcare team members, managing patient care according to policies, and providing compassionate, individualized care to a diverse patient population.
