Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a 107-bed acute care setting.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and educate patients and families on treatment and discharge procedures.
Contribute to quality initiatives and participate in a patient-centered, team-focused environment.
Qualifications And Skills
Current RN licensure.
Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate care abilities.
Desire to grow professionally and gain experience across multiple specialties.
