Job description
5S MedSurg Registered Nurse
Shift
3 or 4 shifts per week, each 12 hours long, working nights including weekdays and weekends
Contract Details
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 26 weeks
Extension: Possible
Requirements
Certifications: BCLS, NIH, ACLS
Experience: At least 2 years
Travel Experience: Not necessary
Work Environment
Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 5-7 patients
Schedule: Block scheduling; requests will be considered but are not guaranteed
Scrubs: Not provided
Electronic Medical Record System: Cerner
Submission Process

Minimum of 2 references from managers or charge nurses within the past year
RN license verification (NURSYs report dated within 2 days of submission)
Copies of all required certifications
Attendance Policy
