We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at our Meridian Medical Center! We're proud to be a Six-Time Magnet Designated Recipient for Nursing Excellence!
About Our Medical/Surgical Units
Units 5 & 6 are dynamic 42-bed surgical units where you'll have the chance to enhance your clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population
Typical RN-to-patient ratio: 1:5
Typical CNA-to-patient ratio: 1:8
What you can expect from this role
Full Time or Part Time days or nights (7:00a-7:30p/7:00p-7:30a) with night/weekend differential pay
Additional PTO hours for night shift
Sign-on bonus for eligible new hires
Certification pay for national certifications (e.g., CMSRN, ONC)
Charge Nurse and Preceptor opportunities that include additional differentials

Qualifications
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
