Job description
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Inpatient Medical/Surgical unit, providing direct patient care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions. Responsibilities include care coordination, patient safety, documentation, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role supports professional development and offers a strong clinical foundation.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, active RN license in Missouri or a compact state, and BLS certification (or within 30 days). Preferred qualifications include a BSN, prior hospital experience, and specialty certifications. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform safe patient assistance through bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
