Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Renal Transplant unit. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult transplant and med-surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on renal disease and transplant care, and ensure safety and quality standards.
