Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Renal Transplant unit. In this role, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to adult renal and transplant patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and post-operative care. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure adherence to safety and infection-prevention standards.
