As a Medical/SurgicalRN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care,supporting recovery, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in afast-paced clinical environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment,planning, implementation, and evaluation
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physiciansand care teams
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Support post-operative care and patient recovery
Educate patients and families on care plans and dischargeinstructions
Ensure adherence to clinical standards and hospitalpolicies
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
At least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience (preferred)
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
