Job description
Role Overview:
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights, and uphold confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational values and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
RN license in the state
Degree from an accredited nursing program
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care and assess care quality
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain patient confidentiality and rights
