Job description
We are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide patient care in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality care.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
Current BLS certification and valid national and state licensure.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
