Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in a General Med-Surg unit
Responsibilities Include
Providing evidence-based, compassionate bedside care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions, including post-surgical, chronic, and acute cases.
Conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and managing IV therapy.
Performing wound care and coordinating discharge planning.
Delivering clear patient education to support recovery and health management.
Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, safety-focused environment.
Qualifications And Skills
Current RN licensure.
Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing, including patient assessment, medication management, and wound care.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous learning.
