Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in Neuro Med Surg unit
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with neurological and complex medical conditions
Perform comprehensive neuro assessments
Administer medications and manage post-operative and acute care
Care for wounds and lines, and educate patients and families
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop personalized care plans
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure
Strong knowledge of neuro and acute care practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform detailed assessments and deliver patient-centered care

Deliver safe, effective care within a collaborative, supportive environment, contributing to positive patient outcomes and ongoing clinical development.
