Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Team Administrator to oversee healthcare operations at Catoosa County Jail in Georgia.

This full-time, weekday opportunity combines clinical leadership, team coordination, and hands-on patient care. You'll help guide a small healthcare team, support daily operations, and ensure patients receive compassionate, consistent, quality healthcare in a safe and structured correctional setting.

🩺 What You'll Do

Coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations within the facility.

Provide clinical oversight and support to the healthcare team.

Deliver hands-on nursing care and assist with patient assessments as needed.

Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.

Monitor patient conditions and help ensure appropriate follow-up care.

Support staff training, development, and adherence to clinical standards.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and promote compliance with applicable requirements.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional facility leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient care, and team effectiveness.
