Job description
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Med Surg RN supporting multiple campuses, delivering personalized, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring exemplary patient outcomes.
Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
Collaborate within a respectful, team-oriented environment, contributing to performance improvement projects and shared governance.
Lead and participate in evidence-based practices, research, and patient safety initiatives.
Plan care proactively, shaping protocols to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.
Manage resources efficiently across the full patient care journey.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required).
At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to remain calm under pressure.
