Job description
Role Overview:
Join a high-impact, multi-campus care team as a Med Surg RN supporting diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care by owning the full nursing process
build meaningful connections with patients and families
contribute to teamwork, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
mentor fellow nurses
apply and promote evidence-based practices
participate in research and patient safety efforts
proactively manage resources and care planning to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
Qualifications & Skills:
Requires an accredited nursing program graduate, RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with computer data entry proficiency
Preferred certifications include BSN and specialty certifications
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
demonstrate calmness under pressure
exhibit strong critical thinking, time management, and adherence to evidence-based practices
Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus
