Full Time Mental Health Registered Nurse
Job Location: FL, Zephyrhills - Zephyrhills Correctional Institution - Zephyrhills, FL 33541
Position Type: Full‑Time | Education Level: Associate’s Degree | Travel Percentage: None | Shift: Day | Job Category: Nursing Professional & Support
Pay Rate: $40-46 per hour. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient during the 8‑hour day shifts.
Qualifications
Florida RN license or ability to obtain license
Current CPR certification
Corrections experience not required
Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
