Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehab facility in Lexington, KY. The RN provides comprehensive, post-acute care to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, wound care, and patient/family education. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence, using evidence-based practices in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment with strong clinical development opportunities.
