nAs the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for effective care delivery and management of patient care within a specialty, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to current standards of nursing practice. Communicates and coordinates effectively with all entities involved in the care of the patient to promote safe, high quality care. Making decisions reflecting critical thinking and evidence based nursing practice.

nnSchedule: Full time, 40HRS Weekly

n nPrimary Responsibilities:
nnnBuild therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions
n
nnDeliver patient care and follow-up in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management
n
nnConduct telephone triage, escalate concerns appropriately, and support the clinical team with ongoing care coordination
n
nnPerform clinical procedures and manage acute conditions during patient visits, ensuring timely documentation in the EMR
n
nnContribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and uphold high standards of patient service and safety
n

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnGraduate of a State-approved school of nursing
n
nnCurrent, unrestricted, license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
n
nnAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
n
nnProven to be up to date with current standards of nursing care in Specialty
n
nnComputer experience with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs
n
nnElectronic medical records (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR based on other technology experience
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
n
nn2+ years of RN experience
n
nnProven solid critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and patient interviewing skills
n
nnAbility to interpret clinical information, assess the implication of treatment and develop and implement a plan of care
n
nnAbility to prioritize, multitask, and work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple demands
n
nnDemonstrated excellence in practice, documentation, and cost-effective care utilization. Maintains high patient satisfaction
n
n nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $38.66 to $71.87 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
