Job description
Role Summary
Provides patient care as directed by a Registered Nurse, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being in a healthcare setting. Performs procedures and tasks following established protocols, primarily during night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within five years if only an Associate Degree is held.
Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
ACLS certification within six months of employment.
Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months.
Preferred: 2+ years of Mother Baby experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient care tasks under supervision, ensuring safety, comfort, and care quality.
Adhere to established procedures and protocols.
Additional Information
Part-time role, with compensation ranging from $36.00 to $55.80 per hour based on experience.
