Job description
Position: RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care
Role & Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
Utilize evidence-based practices, perform the nursing process, and coordinate care to optimize patient outcomes.
Engage in relationship-based, patient-centered care, respecting cultural diversity and involving patients and families in care planning.
Promote teamwork through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and ensure a qualified workforce.
Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including legal, safety, and clinical competencies.
Qualifications & Skills
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (or equivalent), required upon hire.
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
