Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in Critical Care Neuro, working the night shift (7p-7a) in a newly expanded Critical Care Tower.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized, compassionate care by building genuine relationships with patients and support networks.
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care strategies.
Utilize evidence-based practices and demonstrate deep empathy to guide patients through their neuro health journey.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing school; current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
Preferred: One year of relevant experience.
For inactive or lapsed licenses over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is necessary.
Key Duties: Focus on delivering high-quality neurocritical care in a state-of-the-art facility, supporting complex neurological cases with advanced technology, and contributing to a team committed to professional growth and excellent patient outcomes.
