Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans. * Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team. * Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident outcomes. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams. * Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards. * Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes health, dignity, and quality of life.
Qualifications
* Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. * New graduates are encouraged to apply. * Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or post-acute care is a plus but not required. * Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. * Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
