Registered Nurse Full Time

Schedule: 6pm - 6am

About the Role
As a RN, you\'ll play a key role in supporting our nursing team by safely administering medications, monitoring residents, and ensuring accurate documentation—while building meaningful relationships with those in your care.
Responsibilities
Administer routine daily medications (prescription and non-prescription) in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
Accurately document medication administration, dosages, and times
Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to support resident needs
Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management
Collect samples for testing as directed
Ensure medication carts and related equipment are properly maintained and cleaned
Respond promptly to resident call lights, alarms, and emergency signals
Uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements
Active Nebraska RN License
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology
