Holland Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is now hiring a RN Supervisor/charge nurse for 11-7 who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!
RN Supervisors earn $48/hr!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:
Administrating treatments and documentation
Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs.
Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs.
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:
Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA
Minimum two years of relevant experience is required
