Registered Nurses (RNs) - Be the Heart of Skilled Care!
Cortland Health and Rehab | Thomas, WV
Full-Time | Part-Time NIGHTS only NO PRNs
Rate of Pay: $36.00-$41.16
Choose the compensation option that works best for you:
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.

What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care
Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure best practices
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Support residents' emotional and physical well-being
Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
Active RN license in West Virginia
CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors
*-Sign-On Bonuses are paid in addition to wages quarterly for 1 year
