Hourly Pay Range:
$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
Position Highlights:
Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
Location: Skokie, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Remote Opportunity : After 6months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month After 6months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 730-1pm
Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
What you will do:
Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record
What you will need:
License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Education:
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required. 2 years of Women’s Healthcare experience preferred.
