Job description
Contract Position - Clinical Specialist
Work Hours and GuaranteeGuaranteed hours for this contract are 72 hours biweekly for all assignments. These guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked.
Shift and Call Schedule
Shift hours are from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM with on-call duties. Call expectations include three shifts per month, covering the following times:
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
6:30 PM to 6:30 AM on weekends (12 hours of call on either Saturday or Sunday)
Qualifications and Experience
Level 1 trauma experience
Epic system experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience working in a large hospital setting
Ability to independently manage cases in transplant, cardiac, and vascular services
Additional Requirements
Applicants must not reside within 50 miles of the facility and must have been separated from the previous affiliated health system for at least 6 months to be considered.
