Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Operating Room in Watertown, New York. This is a night shift position (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with three shifts per week and guaranteed 36 hours. Weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities are required. The start date for this contract is October 26, 2026. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current NYS RN license. BLS certification is mandatory, and ACLS is preferred. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in preceptorship, charge nurse duties, and working in stressful environments is a plus. Knowledge of clinical equipment in an OR/ASU setting and lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills are required. On-call response time is 30 minutes.
