Job description

Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Recent experience in the Operating Room (OR), preferably within high-acuity settings
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Ability to delegate, supervise, and document care efficiently
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Oversee and delegate tasks to other team members as needed, ensuring all care standards are met
Teach and support patients and their families pre- and post-operatively, providing education and emotional reassurance
Communicate relevant patient and family information to the broader healthcare team, facilitating seamless transitions in care
Proactively identify variances from patient goals, contribute to problem-solving, and ensure implementation of effective solutions

$1,946 - $2,129/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
